Is it possible to move a fully licensed copy of Windows Server 2003 Standard from one machine to new hardware? I'm about to upgrade the hardware and wondered whether issues would arise as the current server is already registered with the product key. Are problems likely to arise with this?

Also, what's the best way to migrate? Backup on old/restore to new hardware? Or re-install and copy files across?

Hardware will be quite different. Then I can turn the old hardware back into a workstation!
